Non-Return Policy

At Kizmet Sweets, all of our products are handmade, perishable food items. For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any food products once they have left our facility.

If an error occurs on our part—such as receiving the wrong item or an issue with your order’s accuracy—we will gladly replace the item or issue store credit for the purchase amount. Refunds will not be issued.

To qualify for a replacement or store credit, please contact us within 10 days of delivery at customerservice@kizmetsweets.com. When reaching out, include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos if applicable.

Please note:

  • We are not responsible for damage or melting caused by weather, incorrect addresses, or delays once a package is in the hands of the shipping carrier.

  • All items are made to order and may vary slightly in appearance, as each batch is crafted by hand with real ingredients.
